More snow

They say we may get another foot of snow on Sunday night, and here it’s the last week of February. What a drag. At this point of the winter, I long for spring, and I know I’m not alone. The piles of snow on the ground from the storm a few weeks ago have slowly been getting smaller with a few warmer days, and now it feels like starting over, when March is just around the corner. Weather and mood are often connected.

I’ve been sleeping so much better though, not waking up much in the night to pee or with thoughts of unfinished projects or whatever else twirls my little mind into activity. It’s nice to wake up and feel rested, with some energy in the tank to face the day.
